Village Farmers Market Store on Hwy 42 in Clayton...Homemade Fudge for Starters!

The Market is located at 4684 NC Hwy 42E, Clayton, NC 27520 Phone 919-550-0765 They are open Monday-  Saturday 9-6 and Sunday 10-6

The Village Farmers Market has grown over the years from a humble beginning to a full blown local treasure trove of  preserves, honey, pies, fudge, bacon, eggs, plants, flowers, vegetables, ice cream.

The Market is located at 4684 NC Hwy 42E, Clayton, NC 27520 Phone 919-550-0765
It is just down the road from Downtown Clayton, Archer Lodge at the intersection of Buffalo Rd and Hwy 42.
They make the desserts there and you can call and order your favourite cake or pie.

Outside they have a wide array of plants and shrubs, rose bushes.
Pine straw and wheat straw along with bedding plants and tomato plants for the gardener.
Don't forget fishing worms which I can attest work very well, too well actually as we bought some on Monday and went to the pond at Portofino and while fixing Rory's rod I heard a splash and to my horror my rod was in the pond and as I reached in to grab it it took off like a rocket.
The moral of the story when you buy your worms from The Village Farmers Market don't leave your rod unattended!

New Home Construction in Johnston County with No Money Down and Payments under $1,000!
There are new homes in most areas of Johnston County that are available with no money down through the USDA program and with interest rates as low as they are, your payments can be under $1,000.
These are some of the available homes and as you can see, these are great three bedroom, 2 bath homes some with two car garages on large lots.

So if you are renting and you need to keep your payment under $1,000, if you want to find out out if you can qualify, give me a call and I will provide you with mortgage resources to get you started. Certain credit restrictions do apply.
If you are a first time home buyer you must act quickly to avail of the $8,000 tax credit available for first time home buyers. The tax credit is set to expire November 30Th and you must have closed on your house by then. The loan process can take sixty days or more so time is running out.
Just imagine a new house, low payments and $8,000 in cash.
